Recent highlights for Shelagh include being the Creative Director for the Toronto Handover Ceremony at the last Pan Am Games Closing Ceremonies in Guadalajara, Mexico….a welcome foray into the world of artistic direction that she misses and loves. She also directed the live national broadcast of the Canadian Country Music Awards in the fall of 2013, her 5th time directing that project, and she is already hired for 2014. She recently returned from Sochi, Russia – where she was hired by OBS (Olympic Broadcast Services) as Director 2 for the world feed of the Opening Ceremonies on the Olympic Winter Games, and as main world feed director of the nightly Medals Ceremonies – an exciting and vibrant assignment that garnered rave reviews worldwide.
